Terms of use

These terms apply to the use of the DinnerFromHere application, published by Romain Couzon, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel) (SIRET 881 477 343 00019). By using the app, you accept them.

The service

DinnerFromHere recognises ingredients from photos, lets you correct the resulting list and suggests recipes, in particular for the Thermomix. The app can be used without an account; signing in with Apple or Google is optional, except to subscribe to Premium.

Free offer and Premium

• The subscription is sold and collected by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play, under their terms.
• It renews automatically at the end of each period, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends from the store's subscription settings (iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions).
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Deleting your data in the app does not cancel the subscription: you must also cancel it in the store.
• Refund requests and the exercise of the right of withdrawal are made with the store that collected the payment, under its rules.
• Premium is tied to your Apple or Google account: it follows you to a new device and is restored with "Restore purchases".

Analysis results and recipes

• Ingredient recognition is automatic and may be wrong: check and correct the list before using it. A photo cannot weigh food.
• Recipes are suggestions. Check for yourself any allergens, the freshness of products and cooking, and adapt them to your situation (diet, allergies, pregnancy, children).
• Follow your appliance's safety instructions. Thermomix is a trademark of Vorwerk; DinnerFromHere is neither affiliated with nor approved by Vorwerk.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the app for personal use, without attempting to circumvent its limits, automate it, disrupt its operation, or send it images unrelated to food. Abusive use may lead to suspension of access.

Availability and changes

We do our best to keep the service available, without being able to guarantee it at all times. The service may evolve; any substantial change to Premium will be announced to you in advance.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we cannot be held liable for damage resulting from a recipe made without the checks indicated above, or from an interruption of the service. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

Complaints and mediation

For any complaint: support@dinnerfromhere.app. Failing a solution, you may freely refer the matter to the consumer mediator: CM2C, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris — cm2c.net.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the competent courts are those provided for by law.
